In my experience, I haven’t seen any creasing after I use this product. Texture: it has a creamy texture when you apply it, but then it turns to semi matte finish. If your skin is very pale I would recommend to choose paintpot in color “Painterly” which is more pink based neutral shade and a little bit lighter. I personally use a little bit of translucent powder over it to prevent any creasing, but you can get along with neutral eye shadow too. As it is a neutral color, you can simply use this paint pot all over the eye, set with a powder and leave it like that. In the end you have a clean canvas to work with. This color not only works as a good eye shadow base, but also covers all the discoloration on the eye lid. I bought MAC paintpot in color “Soft Ochre” which is very neutral skin color (yellow based). Well – no regrets! I do like the way this product lasts, wears and looks. A lot of eye shadow bases do not last long on my eyelids cause during the day they do get a little bit oily, but I wanted to give this product a try, as a lot of people raved about it. I have made this post just to share my excitement about the MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot. I have always been very skeptical when it comes to eye shadow bases, even more if they are as a cream base.
